Responsibilities:
· Representing Kohler Awning in a competent and professional manner.
· Actively participating in customer service, both over-the-counter and on the telephone.
· Setting up appointments for Sales Representatives.
· Data entry and tracking of service work.
· Processing orders for fabrication.
· Logging and entering deposits into the computer as necessary.
· Processing credit card payments.
· Printing, organizing, and maintaining service paperwork.
· Working to ensure that Kohler Awning standards are met in terms of quality, productivity, customer relations, and employee relations.
· Participating in training as necessary.
· Working in compliance with all company policies and procedures.
· Identifying potential problems and bring them to the attention of management.
This position requires a reliable individual who can handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
