What are the responsibilities and job description for the Credit/Collection Specialist position at Kohl Wholesale?
Kohl Wholesale is looking to hire a full-time credit and collection specialist to handle accounts receivable, process statements, and collect and oversee delinquent accounts.
Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday
Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED and experience in computers and collections required.
- Accounting background preferred.
- Experience working with customers in a problem-solving capacity; receivables experience preferred.
- Possess good data entry/math skills and attention to detail.
- Computer knowledge especially using Microsoft Office programs
- Must be reliable, self-motivated, and organized.
- Willing to work independently and as part of the team.
- Able to think critically and solve problems.
- Able to work under stress and adapt to changing conditions.
- Must have visual and aural faculties sufficient to enable employee to perform all tasks as set forth and assigned to him/her.
