We're hiring: Civil Litigation Paralegal — Centerville, OH
Kohl & Cook is growing, and we're looking for an experienced civil litigation paralegal to join our Dayton-area team. This is a hands-on role supporting attorneys through every stage of litigation: drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery, managing case files and deadlines, e-filing in Ohio state and federal courts, and preparing exhibits and witnesses for depositions, hearings, and trial.
What we're looking for:
• 3 years of paralegal or legal assistant experience, ideally in civil litigation
• Associate degree in paralegal studies, paralegal certificate, or equivalent
• E-filing proficiency in Ohio state courts
• Strong organization, proofreading, and attention to detail
