About the Role
Natsoft is seeking an Operational Supply Chain Lead to support strategic manufacturing, supply chain, and operational transformation initiatives for our clients.
This role sits at the intersection of manufacturing operations, supply chain management, inventory visibility, production planning, supplier coordination, process improvement, and technology enablement.
The successful candidate will serve as the primary operational liaison between business stakeholders, manufacturing partners, suppliers, logistics providers, and Natsoft technical teams. This is a highly visible role requiring strong operational expertise, relationship management skills, and the ability to execute in fast-paced environments.
This is not a traditional business analyst role. We are looking for someone who can understand operations on the ground, build trust with manufacturing teams, identify bottlenecks, design scalable processes, and drive implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for manufacturing and supply chain initiatives
- Work directly with business stakeholders, manufacturing partners, suppliers, warehouses, and logistics providers
- Understand and document end-to-end operational workflows
- Analyze manufacturing, inventory, supplier, logistics, and fulfillment processes
- Develop and implement operational procedures, workflows, and reporting structures
- Track production schedules, inventory levels, yields, shipments, supplier performance, and operational KPIs
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, waste, and process improvement opportunities
- Coordinate supplier communications, inbound materials, production readiness, and shipment planning
- Create operational dashboards, reporting frameworks, alerts, and visibility tools
- Support requirements gathering and implementation of operational systems
- Participate in onsite operational reviews, production runs, and manufacturing assessments
- Work closely with Natsoft technical teams to translate operational requirements into technology solutions
- Develop SOPs and operational documentation to support scalability and consistency
Required Experience
- 5 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, production planning, inventory management, operations, or related fields
- Experience working with manufacturers, co-packers, warehouses, distributors, or fulfillment operations
- Strong understanding of inventory management, production workflows, supplier management, transportation, and operational KPIs
- Experience implementing process improvements and operational reporting
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and operational priorities simultaneously
- Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working directly with business stakeholders, operators, and executive leadership teams
Preferred Experience
- Consumer products, manufacturing, food & beverage, packaging, logistics, distribution, or warehouse operations
- ERP, WMS, inventory management, production planning, or supply chain systems experience
- Business analysis and process improvement background
- Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or Operations Excellence experience
- Experience supporting founder-led, privately held, or high-growth organizations
- Experience implementing operational dashboards, KPI frameworks, and workflow automation
