Full Time $25.00-$45.00 D.O.E. per flat rate hour | Potential for sign-on bonus or relocation for master techs

- Paid Time Off (PTO): All new employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law. Following 36 months of continuous service, full-time employees earn an additional 40 hours of PTO each anniversary year; following 120 months of continuous service, full-time employees earn 80 hours of PTO each anniversary year, according to terms of PTO policies.

We are a leading Kia dealership seeking a highly skilled and motivated ASE Master Certified Technician to join our service team. You'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to factory standards while delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.
🛠️ What you’ll do:
- Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs on all make and models, with a focus on Kia.
- Use OEM tools and equipment to complete complex mechanical and electrical repairs.
- Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work closely with service advisors to communicate repair recommendations and timelines.
- Stay current with factory training and certifications.
✅ What we’re looking for:
- ASE Master Certification
- Prior experience working on Kia vehicles.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
