Job Type: 3 days, 24 hours per week, plus opportunity and expectation for covering for time off of teammates.
Job Pay/Benefits: This position starts at $17/hour, but wages are negotiable and based on experience.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Managing all patient information, points of contact/communication and transactions including appointment confirmations, scheduling, payment, billing, processing mail, tracking lab cases and managing office supply orders.
- Working directly with patients, hygienists, dental assistants and Doctors on patient communication.
- Responsible for opening and closing the office - managing daily reports, reconciling the till, and getting the office ready for the business day.
Desired Qualifications:
Dental or medical office experience preferred.
