Field Service Technician (Industrial Scales)
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Field Service Technician to join our growing, family-owned company. In this role, you’ll be responsible for servicing, calibrating, repairing, and installing a wide range of industrial weighing equipment at customer locations.
This is a hands-on, field-based position ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working independently, and taking pride in high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, calibration, repair, and installation of industrial scales and weighing systems
- Diagnose mechanical and electronic issues in the field
- Ensure equipment meets accuracy and compliance standards
- Provide professional, customer-focused service at all job sites
- Maintain service records and communicate findings clearly
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license (CDL Class A or B required)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with hand tools
- Basic understanding of electronics and troubleshooting
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Occasional after-hours and weekend work
