Requirements:
-Minimum 2 years experienced in sales/project management in the landscape/construction industry
-In depth knowledge of projects such as walls, patios, drainage, excavation, lighting, planting, boulder rock walls, etc.
-Willingness to learn, grow, and adapt with the company
-Strong leadership and customer relations skills
-Preffered both English and Spanish speaking
Job Description and Duties
-Meet with residential and commercial clients to access projects and lead them through the sales and design process
-Estimating projects based on company budget to reach desired profitability
-Tracking job costing and KPI’s throughout project and assisting in managing production
-Scheduling and tracking progression of projects
-Quality control of project installations
-Pre project and Final walk through with customers and crew leaders
-Business development bringing in new leads and relationships to grow
-Estimating and managing yearly contracted work
-Promotes positive morale throughout the company

Koenig's Landscaping is a small growing business in the South Hills area with plenty of opportunity within. Pay range is dependent on the skill set and experience with a salary range of $50,000- $100,000 with a possibility of performance based pay . A typical work week is 40-50hrs.
