What You'll Do
- Be the community leader responsible for providing the highest level of customer service including building a prospect base, responding to inquiries, generating and giving community tours, and performing purposeful follow-up
- Coordinates the annual and monthly marketing action plans
- Maintains census rates and inquiry history
- Maintains marketing collateral
- Coordinates for all move-ins
- Maintains the mailing and follow-up calls with customers and referrals
- Completes a weekly marketing report
- Maintains Guest and Showrooms
- Communicates regularly with department managers, community leaders, and other marketing staff
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Sales and marketing experience
- Experience working in the senior living industry is preferred
- Effective leader who loves working with seniors
- Team-focused individual with a deep commitment to customer service
- Must be drug-free and submit to drug screening upon hire and routinely
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public
