We are seeking an experienced Framer / Skilled Craftsman who takes pride in quality workmanship, values teamwork, and desires to be part of a company where character matters as much as skill.

Position Summary

The Framer / Skilled Craftsman plays a key role in constructing post-frame, steel-frame, agricultural, commercial, and residential building projects. This position requires a strong understanding of framing and metal building systems, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.

Compensation:

Starting Pay: $20.50 - $34.50 per hour

Pay is based on experience, skill level, leadership ability, and character.

Key Responsibilities

• Construct and frame post-frame, steel, commercial, agricultural, and residential buildings
• Install wall panels, roofing systems, insulation, canopies, and building components
• Read and interpret construction drawings and plans
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, lifts, and jobsite equipment
• Assist with building layout, steel erection, and project tie-ins
• Maintain quality workmanship and a safe, professional jobsite
• Work effectively with crew members, foremen, and project managers

Qualifications:

Preferred candidates will have experience with:

• Metal building and framing construction
• Standing seam roofing systems
• Steel erection and wall panel installation
• Building tie-ins and retrofit work
• Commercial, agricultural, or post-frame construction

Must be able to:

• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Lift and handle construction materials regularly
• Demonstrate strong attendance and dependability
• Work safely and efficiently as part of a team
