Construction Warranty Manager

Koedyker and Kenyon (K&K) is a stucco and masonry contractor seeking a Construction Warranty Manager looking to grow with a large company that has been in business for over 35 years!

This position requires work in both the office and field. Duties include, but are not limited to, answering phone calls, texts, emails, conducting/attending job walks with the GC superintendents and customer service reps, managing/scheduling timelines and deadlines, assisting with project completions and self-performing job walks on completed work for quality control. Position is responsible for determining warranty vs. chargeable repairs and assessing/quoting chargeable work. Position manages and supervises 3 repair/touchup crews daily and is responsible for reviewing accuracy of time sheets turned in on a daily basis.

Applicant must be a reliable, self-starter willing to work in a team setting and be willing to learn, adapt and take on new tasks when needed. Qualifications must include good time management and communication skills, ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, basic knowledge of construction, ability to perform field measurements, basic computer skills with some experience in Excel, Word and Outlook. Construction attire and work boots are required. Applicant must have a clean driving record.
