variety of unskilled and some semi-skilled maintenance activities under direction of more experienced personnel. Responsibilities

digging
;
loading and
unloading materials;
assisting skilled staff with
moderate to complex repairs and
maintenance activities; operating light
equipment and
vehicles; and conducting basic maintenance activities
Minimum
Qualifications
Must
have
achieved
a
high
school
diploma
or
General
Education
Development
(GED)
Prefer
up
to one
year
of
general construction or labor experience
Valid driver's license required

Perform
routine
maintenance duties
on
applicable
facilities,
tools,
and
equipment
under
direction
of
supervisory personnel, which may include lawn
maintenance, digging, loading/unloading materials, and related duties

assistance
