responsible for performing routine clerical
duties in
support of an assigned library area that could

assisting patrons with
the
retrieval

materials and
related
research;
processing material;
shelving books and
materials;
evaluating for damaged
items;
checking
in
and
out library
materials;
and
assisting with
the
preparation of educational materials for Library program offerings
Minimum
Qualifications
Must
be
a
high
school
student
Must
be
familiar with
general
office
procedures and
environment; computer literate;
basic proficiency with
technology devices such
as
computers,
printers,
photocopiers, cell
phones;
ability
to
learn
to use
library software and
basic
clerical
procedures
;
or
equivalent education and
experience sufficient
to successfully perform
the essential duties of the job
