- Position is unpaid.
- Graduating in the next 12 months with a degree in education (bachelor or master)
- In good standing and eligible to student teach based on their college/university requirements.
- Eligible students must be in their junior to apply. This experience is for the final one or two semesters of the students senior year to meet the student teaching requirement
- Able to complete and pass the Alaska Department of Education licensure exams in area of specialization.
