Position Summary:
The Vice President of Human Resources (VP of HR) is a visionary executive responsible for leading the organization’s people strategy across its headquarters and network of subsidiaries. This role drives enterprise-wide alignment of HR practices with business objectives and ensures scalable, compliant, and innovative HR systems that foster growth, engagement, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a unified HR strategy across multi-entity operations, ensuring consistency,
scalability, and compliance.
• Lead HR centers of excellence (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Employee Relations,
OD/L&D) with a focus on continuous improvement and strategic alignment.
• Build and steward executive and leadership development frameworks to support internal mobility
and succession planning.
• Oversee design and implementation of tiered role structures and career pathways across business
units.
• Drive cultural and change initiatives in line with organizational transformation and future-state
goals.
• Ensure robust HR compliance and risk management systems are in place across federal, state, and
local jurisdictions.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across all levels of the organization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Finance, and Operations to integrate people-centric
technology platforms that automate and elevate the employee experience.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s
preferred.
• 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including at least 7 years in a multi-entity or
matrixed environment.
• Proven success leading enterprise-wide HR strategy with measurable impact.
• Expertise in employment law, risk management, and global compliance frameworks.
• Strong command of organizational design, performance management, and strategic workforce
planning.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with HRIS implementation and digital transformation of HR systems is a plus.

Location: This position is primarily on-site at our headquarters located at: 188 Inverness Dr. W Suite 675, Englewood, CO 80112
• Regular in-person attendance is required Monday through Thursday, with Friday as an optional
remote workday.
• Physical Requirements:
o Travel requirements: Travel 25% of the time by car and/or plane to operating companies
o Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
o Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally
o Must be able to move between departments within the company facility
