A day in the life:
- Support sales and operations for Service Project and Service Agreement opportunities
- Perform estimating for commercial mechanical service projects (equipment replacements, retrofits, installations)
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify customer needs and align services to meet those objectives
- Analyze and recommend modifications to service agreements during renewal processes
You should have:
- Mechanical Engineering degree or 2 years of mechanical experience (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical)
- Strong listening, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Proficiency with MS Office, CRM systems, and general internet use
- Client management skills with the ability to manage relationships, expectations, and perceptions
