Senior Electrical Project Manager / Construction Manager
Location: Lubbock, TX
Schedule: 13 Days On / 1 Day Off | 6 x 12-Hour Days
Pay Range: $75–$110/hour DOE
Duration: 24-Month Assignment
Project: Major Data Center Construction
We are seeking a Senior Electrical Project Manager to provide executive-level leadership on a large-scale Data Center EPC project in Lubbock, Texas. This role is responsible for strategic planning, owner communication, project controls, profitability, construction execution, risk management, and leadership of project and field teams. The ideal candidate has led major Data Center/Mission Critical projects exceeding $150MM and is comfortable overseeing peak manpower levels ranging from 100–600 personnel with strong superintendent support.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead overall execution strategy for a major Data Center construction project
• Manage project performance, forecasting, controls, and profitability
• Lead risk management, issue resolution, and owner communications
• Oversee self-perform electrical construction execution
• Mentor project managers, superintendents, and field leadership teams
• Ensure alignment with corporate safety, quality, schedule, and financial goals
• Support preconstruction planning, BIM coordination, and constructability reviews
• Develop and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
• Drive successful project turnover and closeout
Qualifications
- 15 years of electrical construction management on large-scale Data Center projects
- Strong EPC project background
- Experience leading projects exceeding $150MM
- Demonstrated P&L / project value responsibility
- Medium-voltage and high-voltage electrical systems experience
- Preconstruction and BIM model coordination experience
- Strong leadership, client management, and project controls knowledge
Preferred
- PE License
- PMP Certification
- Multi-project or portfolio leadership experience
- Electrical Engineering background
