This isn’t traditional sales—you own the problem and the solution. You’ll leverage your technical expertise to identify system inefficiencies, develop tailored solutions, and guide projects from discovery to close—no handoffs.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with building owners, facility managers, and contractors to identify system challenges and opportunities
- Perform site assessments of BAS/HVAC systems and recommend upgrades, retrofits, and service agreements
- Build scopes, estimates, and proposals based on your own technical evaluations
- Drive new business while growing existing accounts
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pipeline management, forecasting, and closing
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth execution and long-term client success
- 3 years in building automation, HVAC controls, or mechanical systems
- Field experience (BAS/DDC tech, controls specialist, or PM) strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of system performance, sequences of operation, and optimization
- Ability to translate technical details into customer-focused solutions
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, results-driven mindset
