Territory: Charleston, SC to Palm Coast, FL (Including Inland I-95 Corridor)
Salary range $60K - $100K a year base commissions & incentives

About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Project Sales Professional to join our commercial HVAC and mechanical team. This role focuses on selling system replacements, retrofits, and installations in commercial and industrial facilities — including healthcare, education, hospitality, and manufacturing sectors.
You’ll develop new relationships, manage existing accounts, and generate mechanical solutions that solve complex facility challenges. Travel throughout a designated territory is required.
What You’ll Do:
- Sell commercial HVAC and mechanical projects including replacements, retrofits, and upgrades
- Visit job sites to evaluate mechanical systems and customer needs
- Develop and present accurate cost proposals and scope of work documents
- Cultivate new business while maintaining long-term relationships with current clients
- Position your team as the go-to partner for complex mechanical solutions
- Manage your sales pipeline using CRM tools and Microsoft 365 apps
What You Bring:
- 3 years of B2B sales experience in HVAC, mechanical, or construction environments
- Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems and mechanical infrastructure
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills
- Self-motivated with a track record of winning and delivering mechanical projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics or similar)
- Sales training (e.g., Sandler, Miller Heiman) is a plus
- OSHA 10 Certification (provided if needed)
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background, drug, and MVR screens
Compensation & Perks:
- Base salary starting at $60,000 per year
