A growing construction organization is seeking an experienced Plumbing Superintendent to lead field operations and help deliver quality plumbing projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

What You'll Do

• Supervise plumbing crews and subcontractors on active construction projects.
• Coordinate daily field activities, manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Read and interpret plumbing drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, General Contractors, and other trades.
• Monitor installation quality, productivity, and jobsite safety.
• Plan upcoming work and coordinate manpower and material needs.
• Identify and resolve field issues.
• Participate in project meetings and provide field progress updates.
• Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and applicable codes.

What We're Looking For

• 5–7 years of plumbing construction experience as a Foreman or Journeyman, OR 1–3 years of experience as a Plumbing Superintendent.
• Valid Alabama Journeyman Plumber License required.
• Strong commercial or industrial plumbing construction experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Strong crew leadership and field-management skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple trades and project activities.
• Solid knowledge of plumbing installation methods, materials, and construction practices.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation

• $35–$45 per hour, depending on experience
• $500/month car allowance
