Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and modifications to medium to large plumbing and piping systems
- Troubleshoot and repair failures in systems such as:
- Water closets
- Sanitation and storm drainage systems
- Domestic water heating systems
- Hydronic systems
- Fire sprinkler piping systems
- Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and compliance
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Provide excellent customer service while working in occupied commercial environments
- 5 years of experience as a plumber, specializing in commercial systems
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills across a wide range of plumbing components
- Journeyman Plumbing License (preferred, not required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
