We’re hiring a Planning & Scheduling Manager to lead production planning and scheduling across multiple manufacturing sites.
This role will own the Master Production Schedule, drive MRP alignment, improve planning processes, and ensure material and capacity plans support on-time delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
• Leading and developing the planning and scheduling team
• Managing multi-site production schedules and capacity planning
• Partnering with Production, Warehouse, Project Management, Engineering, Purchasing, and Configuration Control
• Improving ERP/MRP processes, data accuracy, and system utilization
• Monitoring material readiness, schedule adherence, and delivery milestones
• Driving process standardization and continuous improvement
Ideal candidates will have:
• 7 years of production planning and/or scheduling experience in an engineer-to-order environment
• 3–5 years of leadership experience
• Strong ERP/MRP experience
• Multi-site manufacturing experience
• Knowledge of fabrication, warehouse operations, and material flow
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI experience preferred
Experience with Infor LN and MPS-driven scheduling environments is a plus.
