Mechanical Coordinator / Field Engineer – Data Center Project | Lubbock, TX

We're looking for an experienced Mechanical Coordinator / Field Engineer to help deliver mission-critical mechanical systems on a high-profile project with outstanding earning potential.

What We Offer

✅ Up to $57/hour (DOE)

✅ $150/Day Per Diem

✅ Paid Overtime

✅ 6 x 12-Hour Schedule

✅ 18-Month Long-Term Project

You'll Be Responsible For

🔹 Coordinating daily mechanical construction activities

🔹 Reviewing mechanical drawings and engineering documents

🔹 Supporting procurement and material tracking

🔹 Coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and field teams

🔹 Resolving field installation and constructability issues

🔹 Supporting commissioning, startup, and project turnover

🔹 Maintaining project documentation and as-built drawings

🔹 Driving quality, safety, and schedule performance

What We’re Looking For

✔ 5 years of mechanical construction experience

✔ Experience with HVAC systems, chilled water systems, hydronic piping, cooling towers, CRAH/CRAC units, or mission-critical mechanical infrastructure

✔ Industrial, data center, or large commercial construction experience preferred

✔️ Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

⭐ Bonus Points For

• Mechanical Engineering degree

• Commissioning or startup experience

• Experience supporting large-scale cooling infrastructure
