The Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) Coordinator will be responsible for promoting a safe & healthy work environment. This candidate will be responsible for continuous improvement of Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) systems resulting in the reduction of incidents and ensure regulatory compliance.

The Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) Coordinator will be responsible for promoting a safe & healthy work environment. This candidate will be responsible for continuous improvement of Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) systems resulting in the reduction of incidents and ensure regulatory compliance.
Major Duties
- Collaborate with management to develop, prepare, and implement energy isolation protocols.
- Assist the Energy Marshal in the development and review of Method of Procedure (MOP) and critical activity plans.
- Working knowledge of injury prevention, compliance, and risk reduction techniques.
- Ability to interact with site superintendents, commissioning team, and project management team.
- Demonstrate an aptitude for learning, goal-oriented mindset for continual growth, with a “Can-Do” positive attitude.
- Actively contributes to a positive team environment.
- Demonstrates dependability with regular attendance and compliance to scheduled work hours.
- Other duties or locations as assigned by Manager.
- 1-2 years LOTO Coordinator experience on other Data Center Sites.
- 3 years’ safety experience in a construction setting.
- Electrical trade experience preferred.
- Must possess OSHA 30 construction certificate valid within 5 years.
- Knowledge of state and federal safety regulations as applied to construction and general industry.
- First Aid, CPR & AED certifications.
- Electrical safety-NFPA 70E.
- Self-driven, willing to work alone or as part of a team on assigned tasks and initiatives.
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and travel as needed.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, supervisory and leadership skills.
- Ability to physically perform the duties and functions of the position.
- Valid driver’s license.
