🚨 Senior Mechanical Estimator | $90K–$100K | Grand Rapids, MI 🚨

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Mechanical Estimator to lead estimating efforts on complex mechanical construction projects. This role plays a critical part in delivering accurate, competitive bids across HVAC, plumbing, piping, and fire protection systems.

💰 Compensation & Benefits

• $90,000 – $100,000 base salary

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for mechanical systems
• Review drawings, specs, and design documents
• Identify risks and provide value engineering recommendations
• Mentor junior estimators and review their work
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams during bid development
  
  

🎯 What We Need

• 3–5 years of mechanical estimating experience
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, piping, and fire protection systems
• Experience with estimating software Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred)
