Electrical Foreman - Data Center
Location: Abernathy, Texas
Lead Electrical Projects and Support Your Crew
Direct electrical projects from planning through installation and repair. You’ll guide electricians and helpers, coordinate project details and customer communication, and perform hands-on electrical work across commercial construction, retrofits, equipment replacements, and service projects.
What You Will Do
- Lead projects and provide direction to electricians and helpers.
- Maintain project documentation and customer relationships.
- Install and repair electrical and control systems.
- Work with relays, starters, switches, motors, MCCs, switchgear, transformers, power distribution centers, overcurrent protection, heat tracing, cable, and cable tray.
- Determine conduit sizes, pull conductors, make terminations, and install junction boxes.
- Support retrofits, construction projects, installations, equipment replacements, and other service work.
What You Will Bring
- Foreman-level experience with power and control wiring and commercial electrical installations.
- Ability to lead projects and supervise electricians and helpers.
- Ability to work independently and manage your assigned projects.
- Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), applicable local codes, and OSHA safety regulations.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
Preferred Qualifications
- Applicable Journeyman or Master Electrician license.
- Completion of applicable trade school.
