Are you a hands-on electrical leader looking to take the next step in your career? We're seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead field operations on mid-to-large commercial construction projects.
This is an opportunity to join a growing team where you'll play a key role in managing crews, driving production, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring safe project execution.
🔹 What You'll Do:
✔ Lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial construction projects
✔ Plan and assign daily work activities
✔ Coordinate manpower needs with project management
✔ Ensure installations meet plans, specifications, and code requirements
✔ Manage material orders, deliveries, and inventory
✔ Conduct safety meetings and enforce company safety programs
✔ Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, vendors, and general contractors
✔ Support project schedules, productivity, and quality control efforts
🔹 What We're Looking For:
✔ Journeyman or Master Electrician License
✔ 8 years of electrical construction experience
✔ Commercial construction leadership experience
✔ Strong understanding of electrical systems, drawings, and specifications
✔ OSHA 10, CPR/First Aid, and Hilti certifications (or ability to obtain)
✔ Proven ability to lead crews and deliver projects safely and efficiently
