Front End Associate
Kodiak Cleaners is a full-service Dry Cleaners/ Laundry service in the Phoenix, AZ area. We are a family-owned business that strives to provide the highest level of service to our customers while maintaining a positive culture. Job Description:
The Front End Associate is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and maintaining product quality in all areas of the store. This position requires working on the front end of the Dry Cleaners, including greeting customers, operating the cash register, and handling customer complaints. Tagging clothes, Racking completed orders, mopping, sweeping, taking out garbage.
Essential Functions:
·Assist with customers and their questions
·Assist with customers having large orders to carry to their car
·Ensure accuracy of their order
·Maintains a positive work environment by complying with safety guidelines, following company policy on handling of telephone calls, following dress code guidelines, and following all company procedures regarding staff interactions.
·Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
·Ability to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and management.
·Ability to stand or sit for up to an eight-hour shift.
Hours vary- 15 to 30 hour weeks.
Looking for a person to close store. midday hours. 2:30pm-7/9:30pm 2-3 days a week
Store hours 7-7 Mon-Fri, 8-5 Sat, minimum 2 weekends a month.(Saturday only)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.50 - $16.50 per hour
