Role Description
The Business Unit Director - Shielding Systems is a full-time remote role responsible for driving the strategy, operations, and execution of the Shielding Systems business unit. This role involves optimizing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, conducting business analysis, managing budgets, and reporting on financial performance. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage with industry stakeholders, and lead initiatives to achieve growth and innovation within the Shielding Systems unit.
