Job Description – Window Imaging and Depot Technician
Work location: This is a 100% work from office opportunity (Mon-Fri)
Address: 2955 Market St, Philadelphia, PA 19104
Working hours: 08:00am - 04:30pm Eastern Time
Experience with but not limited to the following technology:
• Demonstrate technical experience
• Proficient in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting Windows 11
• Skilled in writing and executing PowerShell scripts for automation and administrative tasks
• Expertise in using Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) for creating and deploying Windows images
• Experience with task sequences, deployment shares, and custom images
• Understanding of VBScript syntax, functions, and error handling
• Troubleshooting skills
• Vendor management
• Familiarity with ITIL principles
• Hands-on experience using Service-Now ticketing tool, knowledge on SLAs, Resolution, etc.,
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skillsT
