Position: IAM (Identity & Access Management) Cybersecurity Project Manager

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced IAM Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead Identity and Access Management initiatives across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will manage IAM projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with security standards, and drive successful delivery of identity governance, privileged access, and authentication solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end IAM projects from planning through implementation and support.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.
Coordinate with Security, Infrastructure, Application, Compliance, and Business teams.
Drive implementation of IAM, SSO, MFA, PAM, and Identity Governance solutions.
Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
Track project milestones and provide executive-level status reporting.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
Support vendor management and third-party security integrations.
Required Skills & Experience
8 years of IT Project Management experience with at least 4 years in Cybersecurity/IAM projects.
Strong understanding of:
Identity & Access Management (IAM)
Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
Privileged Access Management (PAM)
Single Sign-On (SSO)
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
User Lifecycle Management
Access Certification & Compliance Reviews
Experience managing enterprise IAM platforms such as:
SailPoint
Okta
CyberArk
Microsoft Entra ID
Ping Identity
Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
Strong knowledge of security frameworks such as:
NIST
ISO 27001
SOX
HIPAA
PCI-DSS
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, MS Project, and Confluence.
Preferred Qualifications
PMP, PgMP, or Agile/Scrum certifications.
CISSP, CISM, or Security certification.
Experience in cloud security environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Salary : $140,000 - $150,000
