UV/Vis spectroscopy
Optical density measurements

- Conduct experimental research on energy-relevant polymer systems, thin film coatings, and advanced material formulations.
- Operate and troubleshoot laboratory thin-film fabrication tools.
- Scale up chemistries from benchtop synthesis to liter-scale and continuous roll-to-roll manufacturing.
- Use electrochemical characterization techniques such as cyclic voltammetry and EIS to characterize new materials.
- Execute Design of Experiments (DoE) to improve material quality, purity, yield, and process reproducibility.

- B.S. in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry or related discipline

- Experience with coin cell and/or pouch cell assembly
- Familiarity with electrochemical characterization techniques such as electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and cyclic voltammetry.
