As a Controller, you’ll be the financial anchor supporting high-volume, complex projects while mentoring strong accounting teams and partnering closely with operations leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee financial management for multiple large-scale projects across several regions
• Drive forecasting, reporting, and cost control processes
• Partner with operations to deliver accurate, timely financial insights
• Provide stability and leadership to established project accounting teams
• Improve visibility and efficiency through better systems and reporting tools
• Serve as a trusted liaison between project finance, project controls, and executive leadership

What You Bring

• 5 years of construction finance experience (general contractor or self-performing environment ideal)
• Deep knowledge of WIP, forecasting, cost reporting, and revenue recognition
• Experience managing and developing accounting staff
• Strategic mindset, comfortable balancing project-level detail with big-picture portfolio oversight
• Familiarity with major ERPs
• CPA or MBA preferred but not essential
