What are the responsibilities and job description for the Baker position at Kod Kod Enterprises?
About the Role:
We are seeking skilled individuals to join our team. No experience required, we will do on the job paid training. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of baked goods, including breads, pastries, and donuts. You may also be trained to do the daily food prep. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all products are of the highest quality and meet our customers' expectations. Your attention to detail will be essential in this role. You will report to the Head Baker and work in a fast-paced environment. Early morning and/or early evening hours. 2 different shifts: 6 am-1pm and 1pm-8 pm.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive motions
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependability
- Ability to work independently and proficiently
- Ability to work a flexible schedule of evenings, weekends, and holidays. Typical shift begins between 7-8 pm and ends once work is completed. Varies based on daily needs of baked goods
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods
- Prep food products
- Ensure that all products are of the highest quality and meet our customers' expectations and made using proper procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Cleaning of all baking areas and dishes, to include floors, equipment and ovens
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
