Retail Sales Associate and Responsibilities
- Offer suggestions and other alternatives to the customers to increase sales
- Perform register duties, cash, credit, and debit cards
- Stocking counters
- Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment
- Make sure pricing is accurate and current on all product
- Ensure in stock status
- Assist with conducting inventory
- Assist Loss Prevention and report concerns
- Implement sales and marketing campaigns as per company guidelines
- Completed daily paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Maintain appropriate appearance and hygiene with satisfactory/required attendance, punctuality, and the ability to work a flexible schedule
- Report any issues to your Supervisor

Retail Sales Associate Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Regular routine attendance is required
- Prior experience retail customer service roles, sales
- Proficient with computers; Microsoft office, Excel, word
- Adept at mathematics
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Able to work well individually or within team setting
- Above average communication and problem-solving skills
- Goal-oriented with proven ability to get results
- Ability to lift to 50 LBS.
Salary Description
$11.50 Per Hour starting wage
