What You’ll Do:

· As a vital member of our team, you'll dive headfirst into the exhilarating world of personal injury. From client intake to case conclusion, you'll be at the forefront, championing our clients' causes with zeal and expertise. Expect to collaborate closely with our esteemed attorneys to ensure our clients receive the justice they deserve! Use your skills, show your value, and develop your career by:·

• Meeting with clients and other professionals
• Engaging in internal meetings with firm attorneys
• Following firm protocols and procedures in the management of assigned case loads
• Preparing affidavits or other documents, such as legal correspondence, and organize and maintain documents.
• Preparing for trial by performing tasks such as organizing exhibits
• Filing pleadings electronically
• Assisting in deposition preparation, pre-trial investigations, trial preparation, including assistance with preparation of witnesses for deposition and/or trial
• summarizing cases
• Preparing exhibits and evidence
• Preparing legal documents

· organizing file materials, sending correspondence, assisting in the preparation of settlement proposal documents, verifying medical bills, liens,etc.

Required Abilities and Skills:

*The ability to autonomously support an Attorney in order to manage a caseload of Plaintiff Personal Injury/Workers' Compensation Clients utilizing a case management system and:

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications including Excel and Word
• Experience in the preparation of settlement proposals and statute responsibility.
• Experience as a paralegal and at least 1 years managing a caseload of motor vehicle, workers compensation, premises liability and medical malpractice cases is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary/benefits: $39,920 to $80,000.00 /year full time based on experience
