Koch Capabilities, LLC is seeking an experienced Commercial Counsel or Senior Counsel to support Koch’s commodity manufacturing, marketing and trading businesses. In this role, you will work with the legal and compliance team and directly with the businesses on a wide range of matters, involving everything from contract drafting and negotiation, to dispute resolution and problem solving, strategic investments, international trade and regulatory compliance.
The position will sit in Wichita, Kansas, the global headquarters of Koch, Inc. This role is eligible for relocation assistance.

- Experience as a practicing lawyer and active member of a state bar in good standing
- Experience in complex commercial matters
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort adopting and applying legal technology and AI tools to improve outcomes
- Proven ability to lead complex commercial transactions
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong business judgment and ability to translate legal complexity into practical guidance
- Experience engaging in regulatory or public policy-related matters
