DEPCOM’s Project Delivery Organization executes full turnkey PV and BESS plants with collection substations and generation transmission lines. We utilize preferred partnerships with key vendors and subcontractors while coordinating with interconnection utilities across the nation. What You Will Do
- Assist Project Managers with tasks to help the development and construction of utility scale solar projects
- Help manage all aspects of project execution including schedule management, financial forecasting, prime contract compliance, progress reporting, customer and community relations, etc.
- Maintain project documentation related to contract administration, schedule and budgets
- Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders
- Proactively manage project scope, identify critical variables and devise contingency plans
- Assist in providing timely project reporting to internal teams and external customers
- Assist the PM to ensure project is in compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements with support of internal resources
- Build rapport with customers and find strategic opportunities to drive long-term mutually beneficial relationships
- Experience working an EPC, large-scale industrial, or large-scale infrastructure projects
- Understanding of prime contract and subcontract language
- Experience with cost estimating, scheduling, and customer interfacing
- Valid Driver's license
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or sponsorship
- EPC experience in Solar, Wind, BESS, conventional power or industrial project
