Class A CDL Drivers - Specialized Division
Looking to add some excitement to your driving career? Want to stand out among other drivers on the road? Koch Trucking is looking to hire CDL-A truck drivers to join our specialized division. Hauling specialized equipment provides bigger paychecks and familiar routes.
- Average annual earnings: $85K
- Starting pay: $0.58 - $0.60CPM
- Top performer earnings: $100K
- Home time: Out 14-21 days
- Hiring bonus: $6,000
- Setup pay: $75 per load
- Stop pay: $30 per stop after first stop
- Average Weekly Miles: 2400
- Paid weekly
- All expenses paid orientation in a luxury hotel: Roseville, MN and Appling, GA
- All trucks are 3 years old or newer - average age of truck fleet is 16 months

Specialized Fleet
The specialized division at Koch Trucking haul ATVs and other recreational vehicles on unique, custom decking trailers.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 22 years of age
- Valid Class A CDL License
- Minimum of one year of Class A CDL OTR or Regional experience
- Stable work history
- Clean driving record
