As an Environmental Rotational EHS Professional (REP), you will begin your career with Koch Industries applying what you have learned over the past few years while developing new skills that you can apply throughout your career. The REP program will allow you to explore your passion for environmental work and learn new skills by moving through rotations as an environmental professional at two Koch facilities, prior to permanent placement into an environmental role with Koch. Koch’s programs have a way for you to explore your passions and learn new skills to further your impact and reach your full potential.
What You Will Do In Your Role

Entry level professionals at Koch companies learn about our unique Market-Based Management culture, while applying their skills working alongside experienced professionals to solve real problems and offer insights that benefit society through improving our products and services.
Our REP roles include projects such as:
- Participate in EH&S audit teams, incident investigations, and projects requiring environmental expertise
- Develop your capability around risk-planning tools and grow your knowledge of regulatory frameworks, compliance, and government and legal interactions
- Support operating sites by understanding and maintaining compliance with Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, and other regulations relevant to Koch companies
The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements:
- To be enrolled in an Environmental Engineering, Biological Engineering, Ag Engineering, Environmental Science, Natural Sciences/Resources, or Chemical Engineering, or related degree program, in a senior standing, and with one to two semesters left until anticipated graduation, or to have recently graduated.
