What are the responsibilities and job description for the Poultry Sizing Field Auditor position at KOCH FOODS?
- Perform accurate and timely distribution of all requested reports and information compiled within the Food Safety/QA scope.
- Ensure USDA regulated programs are properly monitored and adimistered at the sizing facilities.
- Assist with customer complaints.
- Assist to improve sizing quality and reduce noncompliance issues.
- Ensure managment and facilities have the sizing tools and equipment necessary to perform the job.
- Reduct out of specification product through awareness.
- Perform audits as requested.
- All other relevant duties.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of USDA regulations.
- Auditing and training experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong computer knowledge and skills.
- Good math skills
- Sizing experience in the poultry industry preferred.
