- Provide professional, cordial, and informative assistance to employees.
- Process and maintain benefits creating reports as needed.
- Communicate with insurance vendors.
- Process disability claims.
- Support and answer insurance and benefit related questions and requests.
- Maintain employee benefit filing systems, ensuring payroll changes and administering COBRA.
- All other relevant duties as assigned.
- Relevant college courses preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Advanced technology and computer skills.
- General knowledge of HR related regulations and labor laws (i.e., HIPPA, EEO, ADA, FMLA, etc.).
