What are the responsibilities and job description for the Security Officer position at Koch Foods, Inc.?
- Perform security patrols.
- Check Badges and IDs.
- Protect property from theft, embezzlement, sabotage, etc.
- Ensure unauthorized individuals do not enter company premises.
- Prevent workplace violence and intervene in such circumstances.
- Investigate and record accidents, suspicious activities, safety and fire hazards, and other security related situations.
- Collaborate in training efforts for newly hired officers.
- Report all security related incidents to management.
- Receive and transfer inbound calls.
- Receive and sign for FedEx and UPS packages.
- Release and weighs trucks.
- Monitor camera footage.
- All other relevant duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma required, with technical training preferred.
- No criminal record, with ability to pass state and federal background check and drug screening required.
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
- Military, security and/or law enforcement experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
