What are the responsibilities and job description for the QA Techs - Prepared Plant position at Koch Foods, Inc.?
HIRING FOR 1ST & 2ND SHIFTS!
- Conduct QA audits, ensuring Company standards are maintained, and product integrity is preserved.
- Work closely with management to resolve any quality or production issues.
- Evaluate and take corrective action regarding labeling and product movement.
- Assist in the education and instruction of team members throughout the facility.
- Act as source of critical quality issues.
- Perform HACCP, NELS, and quality tests and audits.
- All other relevant duties to the position.
- Bachelor Degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry or other closely related field preferred.
- HACCP certification required.
- Leadership experience preferred.
- Previous quality experience in a food manufacturing environment required.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
