Subcontracts Coordinator

Koch Finishing Systems is a global leader in engineered plating and anodizing systems. Our innovative surface finishing solutions serve major industries around the world. We’re looking for a Subcontracts Coordinator to support procurement and subcontract management for complex industrial projects.

What You'll Do:

• Assist in preparing, issuing, and managing subcontract agreements
• Work closely with project managers, engineering, and procurement teams
• Maintain accurate subcontract documentation (scopes of work, RFQs, etc.)
• Monitor subcontractor performance and adherence to schedules
• Track deliverables, invoices, and payments
• Support onboarding and prequalification of new subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and client requirements
• Help resolve disputes and performance issues
• Generate reports and maintain records in project/procurement systems

What We're Looking For:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2 years in subcontract administration, procurement, or contract coordination
• Strong understanding of procurement workflows and contract terms
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and software like Acumatica, Procore, or Oracle
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and across departments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in construction, engineering, or government contracting
• Familiarity with FAR/DFARS regulations
• NCMA CPCM or similar certification a plus
