As a Machine Builder, you will construct, assemble, and prepare a variety of specialized equipment, including material transporters, tanks, and pump assemblies. This role combines mechanical assembly, light electrical work, and hands-on fabrication. You’ll work closely with engineers, fabricators, and fellow builders to ensure every machine meets our high-quality standards before it ships to the customer.

Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret mechanical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
- Assemble machine parts and components with precision.
- Complete basic electrical wiring for equipment components.
- Test completed machines to ensure proper functionality and performance.
- Collaborate with engineers and peers to troubleshoot and resolve build issues.
- Provide on-the-job training to less experienced builders as needed.
- Operate hand tools and power tools, including mills, lathes, drill presses, surface grinders, saws, and shears.
- Disassemble, prepare, and crate equipment for safe shipment to customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all safety protocols and complete required job paperwork.
- Maintain tools and equipment in top condition.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
- Prior experience in machine building, mechanical assembly, or a related manufacturing role.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Proficient with a variety of hand and power tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
