Role Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Technician, where you'll be hands-on with a wide range of mechanical systems and equipment. This role covers everything from HVAC and hydraulics to carpentry, welding, and machine upkeep across the facility.
Key Responsibilities
· Collaborate with senior maintenance staff to interpret technical documentation and operate tools and equipment including hoists, forklifts, welding gear, and precision instruments.
· Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to identify and resolve issues.
· Perform scheduled preventive maintenance: cleaning, lubricating, oil changes, and filter replacements.
· Monitor equipment performance and report any irregularities or defective components to supervisors.
· Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring tools and equipment are stored properly.
· Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company guidelines.
· Carry out additional maintenance tasks as assigned.
Physical Requirements
· Regular use of hands for handling tools and equipment.
· Frequent standing and walking throughout the shift.
· Visual acuity for both close-up and distance tasks.

Qualifications
· Experience: 1·3 years in a maintenance or mechanical role.
· Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
· Language Skills: Ability to read and understand written instructions.
· Math Skills: Proficient in basic arithmetic, fractions, decimals, and trade-related calculations.
· Reasoning Ability: Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment in diagnosing and repairing equipment

Pay: $28.00 - $41.00 per hour
