- Ensure timely closing of Accounts Receivable and reconcile to the General Ledger
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Prepare and review journal entries and accruals for GAAP-compliant reporting
- Lead key components of the month-end and year-end close
- Prepare audit-ready workpapers and supporting schedules; respond to auditor requests
- Support preparation of internal financial reports and external reporting requirements
- Conduct offsite physical inventory counts
- Identify and implement process improvements and internal control enhancements
- Stay current on accounting standards and regulatory changes
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align accounting processes with business operations
- Provide backup support for general ledger accounting functions
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Experience: 0-3 years experience
- Skills:
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail with strong personal accountability
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines independently
