Essential Job Functions
- Respond to customer and driver inquiries during overnight hours, weekends, and holidays.
- Coordinate with Planners and CSRs with ETAs and Hours of Service
- Keep customers and brokers up to date with accurate ETAs.
- Enter orders and driver assignments into the system accurately.
- Process Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transactions as needed.
- Track and report load status to ensure timely customer updates.
- Solve issues quickly to prevent service disruptions.
- Communicate with customers regarding shipment issues, updates, or changes.
- Review and correct driver assignments and customer orders for accuracy.
- Prepare operational reports to support daytime transportation staff.
- Serve as a representative of the Koch Companies, displaying courtesy, tact, consideration, and discretion in all interactions with other members of the Koch community, customers and with the public.
- Perform additional duties as assigned
