Dispatch Coordinator | Golden Valley, MN

We’re hiring a Dispatch Coordinator in Golden Valley, MN to support day-to-day fleet and driver operations, with a focus on assisting Fleet Managers with city dispatch and flatbed operations. This role plays a key part in keeping drivers moving safely and efficiently through load coordination, communication, and real-time problem solving. Location: Corporate Headquarters – Golden Valley, MN (onsite)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm (onsite)

Hiring Range: Starting at $24.00 – $26.00 /hour (based on experience)

What You'll Do

• Support Fleet Managers with city dispatch and flatbed operations
• Perform accurate and timely order entry
• Track driver locations and monitor delivery progress in real time
• Assist with Qualcomm (QC) messaging and driver communication
• Update driver macros and ensure system accuracy
• Help coordinate pickup and delivery appointments
• Communicate load details, updates, and instructions to drivers
• Monitor ETAs and escalate service issues or delays as needed
• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to Fleet/Driver Managers
• Maintain accurate and organized fleet and load records
• Supporting the Operations Manager with division-level projects and initiatives

Knowledge and Skills to be successful:

• Experience in trucking, transportation, or logistics required
• TMW system experience preferred (not required)
• Solid and reliable work history
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable handling high call and message volume
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

About the Role

The salary grade for this position ranges from $22.31/hour to $30.36/hour. While offers will be based on experience and qualifications, the targeted pay range for this role is $24.00/hour - $26.00/hour.
